Hey, thanks for adding me. I only joined LJ recently, and am just using it for the groups/communities on here. I lost 35 lbs about a year ago, did it through good old fashioned healthy eating and working out. Weighing my food portions, eating 5 oz. of grilled chicken, 4 servings of veggies, etc...lol. Kind of tedious but got the job done. Since then I have maintained my weight fine, but I still have another final 15 lbs or so I'd love to get off, but the last bit to get off is the hardest! So I am still eating healthy and working out, trying not to lapse (weekends are terrible...a night at the bar weakens my willpower, when my friends want to order that 2 a.m. pizza I am less inclined to say no!). I found an article online talking about using some over the counter stuff to kind of do your own little homemade diet pill. I have started doing it this week and love the results. My appetite is definitely supressed more, I haven't been weighing myself everyday but I weighed yesterday for the first time in a week and it was definitely good news on the scale :) haha. Here is the article: http://www.healthmad.com/Weight-Loss/Lose-a-Dress-Size-in-14-Days.84378Check it out. To buy the caffiene, aspirin and Bronkaid was only like $25 for a lot of pills. Definitely cheaper and easier than the premixed diet pills for like $40 a bottle! Good luck and be safe. :)
